Sunny and spacious, double room available in a friendly, clean shared flat, with old style wooden floor, fully furnished (double bed, wardrobe with huge mirror, sofa, bookcase, chest of drawers, side table...). Room is quite huge that can even have two double beds. Excellent location, just next to Clifton Triangle, on Queens Road, close to all shops and amenities. Room available for 1 housemate on 1st November 2014, one month deposit is required, Kitchen with all white goods and with small table and several chairs, bathrooms with bath and overhead shower (separated in two rooms) , unfortunately there is no living room. There are 5 rooms in the flat so 5 housemates in total. Please minimum for 6 months stay. The room is very bright and has new double glazed windows as all the flat. Worth to mention that it also benefits from having solid brick walls not only plasterboard walls. Bills not included (Council tax, electricity, gas, water, broadband) and are around 35 pounds. We are 4 girls living in the house (spanish and english). We get on really well and enjoy dinners together. We are sad because are awesome flatmate is leaving us to come back to France, so we are looking for another awesome one!
