Hi, We have a furnished double room available in a modern town house in Clifton. The house is a 5 min walk to the shops and bars of the triangle, a ten minute walk to park street, 15 minute to Clifton Village center and 20 min walk to Bristol's water front area. The house is fully furnished including washing machine, dishwasher, gas central heating and a garden. The rent is inclusive of all bills and covers the cost of a weekly cleaner (for the shared space only). The room has a double bed, bedside table, book shelf and built in wardrobe. To share with 3 professionals (2 girls and a guy) and a cocker spaniel. We are looking for someone sociable, fun, easy going, a non smoker and tidy late 20s to mid 30s. We're pretty social have our own group of friends but also socialise together a fair bit. It probably isn't suitable if you have a car due to the new residents parking scheme it is very difficult to park around the house. Look forward to hearing from you. Rachael
