Double room available in 2 bedroom 2nd floor flat, Hotwells in Clifton, Bedfordshire for sale

I'm in need of a flatmate from 22nd October (earliest case scenario)! My current flatmate is moving to Cardiff so I'm looking for someone to fill the space. The room is unfurnished but fits a double bed with plenty of space around the outside and some room for storage. Rent is £310 per month including water plus bills. I've put £500 all in but likely to be a bit less. There is also a £310 deposit to be paid. The living area is furnished and most kitchen equipment is already here but you're free to bring your own things and we'll see where they can fit (there isn't an awful lot of storage space in the flat) There are shops, pubs, restaurants/takeaways and a gym all in close proximity. You can walk into the centre of town in 15/20 mins right along the harbour. The landlord is very friendly and quick to attend to any maintenance problems that arise. About me: I'm a freelance illustrator working from a studio space in Town. I like to run and enjoy getting out to explore different parts of Bristol when I can. I enjoy watching football and most other sports. I'm partial to the odd night out but it's not as regular as it once was as I'm in my early 30's now. I'm more of a pub kind of person. I also enjoy cooking and most things to do with food in general. About you: I'd like to flat share with a clean, tidy, non-smoking person that enjoys cooking, getting stuck into a good netflix series, has their own career or is studying towards one, enjoys what they do and will bring something extra to the flat. You're fine with splitting the responsibility of keeping the place liveable but you're also easy going and have a sense of humour. Like I said I enjoy a drink and a laugh as much as the next person but if you are the type to be out most nights of the week and come back with half a dozen strangers then I'm not the flatmate for you. Similarly, if you sit inside every night drinking on your own then that's probably not going to work for me either. I'm looking for a flatmate of a similar age to me - mid/late 20's - early 30's.
