Hiya, I'm Claire, a qualified psychotherapist, NLP Master practitioner and nutritional therapist. Sometimes we all feel overwhelmed by what life throws at us. Sometimes it's easy to bounce back but sometimes its a lot harder. I have developed my own proven approach to help you find you again. I specialise in stress management, anxiety and low moods. I help you make simple, permanent changes so you can feel better, take action and set your goals for the future. My approach is simple and effective and I use a range of NLP techniques, coaching, mindfulness and also advise on diet and nutrition. The first consultation is free of charge to discuss what you want and how I can help you achieve your goal. Sessions are priced at £40 and last between 1-2 hours.(20 % discount available for block sessions) My private office is in downend, I also make home visits, telephone consultations and on location coaching sessions.
